Adam Rose has 30+ years experience as an investment industry executive and an Investment Advisor. Founder and CEO of one of Canada’s leading mortgage investment corporations. And, has syndicated over $3 billion of investment properties. Chad Robinson has 25 Years experience in the mortgage & real estate industry. He comes from a second generation Real Estate family. Chad brings to the table a wealth of experience in the broker space. He has funded over a billion dollars in mortgages. And, is experienced in ground up property development. Adam and Chad have found the perfect symmetry of skills and experience to create solutions in mortgage investments.

CHAD ROBINSON
President
Chad is a highly respected and long term real estate professional. Chad has particular expertise working in the area of commercial, construction with several prominent construction projects under his belt and more ongoing including partnering in several infill construction projects in the Ottawa area. Chad also excels with first-time investors and investment real estate. Coming from a real estate family background, Chad has over 22 years in the industry as a real estate professional, motivational speaker and writer for several Real Estate Periodicals.
MURIEL DEBROY
Operations Consultant
Her career has spanned several industries. However, it is her ability to connect with people that binds everything together. Beginning in the non-profit sector, she excelled at planning, marketing and running large in person events. As with most non-profits doing everything on a lean budget was paramount. She transitioned her passion for people into a successful career in Real Estate. Always being passionate about design and architecture this mom of 4 decided to put her career on hold and obtained her Diploma as an Architectural Technician. This helped refine her attention to detail. Being part of a Real Estate family she worked through several personal and family projects including building a 6 unit apartment complex. In her new role as Manager of Client Relations and Administration. Finally combining her passion for people and details together with Align Mortgage Corporation.
BARRY AGULNIK

Barry Agulnik has been working as a commercial mortgage lender for over 20 years. He brings with him a wealth of experience in all asset classes, both in construction and term financing and is a valued addition to our commercial department. Barry enjoys working with varied clients and actively strives to meet their diverse needs. He is able to pinpoint his client’s needs while helping to move the client seamlessly through the mortgage process, working collaboratively with both the lenders and client’s expectations.
